Your observations. In your own words.

The animation shows the pharmacist dictates observations, words appear as editable notes, recording stops, and the wording is tidied without changing its meaning. This is pharmacist dictation, not a recording of the consultation conversation.

New to Total HMR? Set up your account

Sign in with your Google account at app.totalhmr.com.au and onboarding starts straight away.

Allow about 15 minutes for setup. Have your accreditation number, ABN, PPA Online access, mobile phone and payment card ready. You’ll connect your personal PPA API credentials during onboarding, and can save your progress to finish later.

You sign in with a Google account; it can use Gmail, Google Workspace or your existing email address.

When you connect Google Calendar, Google may say it hasn’t verified the app yet. Choose Advanced, then continue. We’re completing Google’s verification.

Inside the app you’ll still see our previous name, MRAssist, while we finish the rename.

Email customer support

A few things
worth knowing.

Built to support your expertise.

Do I still need to check the referral?+

Yes. Total HMR prepares patient, GP and medicine details from emailed or uploaded PDFs. Check the extracted information against the original referral, and correct it before relying on it.

Is booking automatic?+

You can offer up to three appointment times by SMS, or record a booking you’ve arranged by phone. For referrals you bring yourself, automatic booking texts stay off until you turn them on. Google Calendar is supported.

Where is patient information processed?+

Patient records are stored in Australia. Referral reading, transcription and report drafting are processed in Australia. Some supporting services may process data overseas.

Does it replace clinical judgement?+

No. Medicine matches, visit notes and report drafts need your review. Photo capture is a beta feature for printed packaging. You confirm the medicine and strength before adding it.

What happens after I finalise the report?+

Complete & Submit sends the PIN-protected report, then submits the initial HMR claim with PPA. During beta, reports go to your inbox for forwarding to the GP. A submitted claim is not a payment guarantee.

Does Total HMR record the consultation?+

The scribe is for dictating your own observations. It turns those observations into editable visit notes; you review and control the wording.

Can I use it on a phone or tablet?+

Use Total HMR in your browser on a PC, laptop, tablet or mobile. Continue through the same referral, consultation and report workflow.

Are follow-up claims included in the integration?+

The PPA integration submits initial HMR claims. Follow-up claims are completed manually through PPA.

How much does Total HMR cost?+

You pay per HMR, charged after PPA accepts the initial claim. There’s no cost for GPs or clinics. Contact us for current pricing.
